Refund Policy To receive a refund, please provide your banking details, i.e., your registration and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely communicated by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive and will only be used for processing the refund itself.

Right of Withdrawal Products purchased from our online store are subject to a 15-day withdrawal right. This period is calculated from the day:

You receive the order. You receive the last item in the case of an agreement involving multiple different items ordered at the same time but delivered individually or in several shipments. You receive the last lot or piece in the case of an agreement for delivery of items consisting of several lots/pieces. You receive the first item in the case of regular delivery of items over a certain period. Return costs are your responsibility. Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 15 days after purchase and, following withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 15 days. The notification should be made by email. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you should use the return label that was sent to you. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear prior notification.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:

When you return the item, you are responsible for the item being properly packaged. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation in the package. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent using cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item upon Return You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

If the item has been tested beyond what has been described above, you should consider it used. This means that if you withdraw your purchase, you will be refunded partially or not at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must test the item without using it.

Refund Payment If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount to you. However, return costs and any depreciation for which you are responsible will be deducted. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
